In order to avoid toxic overload that will leave you feeling fatigued, moody, bloated and achey, it’s a great idea to use morning detox drinks to help cleanse and purify your body.

To-Do: Place orange, carrots, lemon juice, and ginger in a juicer. Blendall ingredients until smooth. Pour juice into a glass filled with ice. If you do not have a juicer, place all ingredients in a blender (just be sure to peel the carrots and orange before). Blend until smooth, then place a mesh strainer over a bowl and pour blended juice over the strainer. Discard the pulp and pour juice into a glass.
Mint is traditionally regarded as the best ingredients for soothing an upset stomach. Mint also improves the flow of bile through the stomach speeding the digestion process. Coupled with antioxidant rich cucumber and lemon, this cooler is as much a respite from the bustling heat as from the toxic overload.
To–Do: Chop and blend cucumber with mint leaves in a cup of water. Strain the drink. Add a dash of lemon and black salt for better taste. Add ice cubes if you want and you are good to go!

To–Do: In a blender add in 1 cup pomegranate arils and 3 tbsp of beetroot chunks. Next add in the aloe vera juice. Blend everything until creamy by adding ½ cup of Water.
India and its love for tea requires no introduction. Spiced with a hint of ginger, honey and lemon, this morning detox drink has long been used to treat sore throats and cold. But the concoction packs more benefits than you thought.
To-Do: Boil 3 cups of water and add a teaspoon of finely chopped ginger. Add your preferred tea leaves, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a teaspoon of honey. Strain and enjoy!

To-Do: All you need to do is take a pinch of pink salt and mix it in lukewarm water along with some ginger and lemon juice. You may also add honey to it to enhance the taste and make you feel warm from within. If you are using unrefined pink salt, then soak it in water overnight and strain the impurities.
